If the files you are sending to us are less than 250 MB our e-mail accounts can handle this. Please make sure to supply us with your contact info and any other important instructions along with your attachments.

FTP UPLOAD for PC
If the files you are sending to us are over 250 MB or your e-mail account cannot handle large files you can ftp them to us.
Step 1
Contact RoseAnn at 905-357-1951 to get an ftp account created. She will supply you with a user name and password.
Step 2
Open up an FTP client like SmartFTP (for PC) or Fetch (for Mac)
Enter in the user information provided by Bain Printing (from Step 1)
Step 3
Compress your files using zip or stuffit software
Upload the files you want to send to us
Upload or e-mail us a .doc/.txt file also noting what the files are for, your contact info and any special instructions etc
